Several designs or versions in one order without paying setup for each one.

    Start small

Your first order can be a small one.

Everything here is custom, so try a short run first. See how it looks on the product, the truck or the wall. When it works, reorder bigger and the price per piece drops.

    How DTF printing works

Your design gets printed onto a special film with a layer of adhesive powder. Then the film is heat-pressed onto the garment and peeled away, leaving the print on the fabric.

There are no screens, so there's no setup for each color. A six color logo costs the same to print as a one color logo. That makes DTF the easy pick for small orders and full color art.

The print sits on top of the fabric with a smooth, flexible feel. It stretches with the shirt and holds up in the wash when you follow the care steps.

    DTF, screen printing or embroidery?

Pick DTF for small runs, full color art, photos, names and numbers, and polyester shirts.

Pick screen printing for bigger runs of one design in a few colors. The price per shirt drops faster as the order grows.

Pick embroidery for polos, hats and jackets your team wears in front of customers. Send me the design and the quantity, and I'll tell you which method fits.

    Questions

    DTF printing: common questions

    What is DTF printing?

DTF stands for direct to film. The design is printed on a film, then heat-pressed onto the garment. It prints full color with no setup per color.

Is DTF good for small orders?

Yes. With no screens to set up, DTF is often the best value for small runs and one-off designs.

How long does a DTF print last?

A good DTF print holds up to regular washing. Wash inside out in cold water and skip high heat in the dryer.

    Can DTF print on polyester?

Yes. DTF works on cotton, polyester and blends, including performance shirts.

How much does DTF printing cost?

It depends on the garment, the print size and the quantity. Send me the design and the list of shirts and I'll put a quote together.
